Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, opened, or tampered beauty and personal care products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.
